Can Varicose Vein Treatment with Venablock Be Applied to Everyone?
Writer: Prof. Dr. Yavuz Besogul
Varicose veins, which are common in women and cause both pain complaints and an aesthetically disturbing appearance when left untreated, can be treated without surgery with the venablock method. So who is suitable for venablock treatment?
Venablock treatment is a procedure that should be performed by cardiovascular surgeons. Treating the problem in the veins with the laser method called venablock is one of the most effective methods used to get rid of varicose veins. The venablock method, which does not cause pain and can be applied with local anesthesia, cannot be applied to every patient. However, generally applying venablock to patients for the treatment of varicose veins does not cause complications or side effects.
Following the examinations taken from the patients before Venablock treatment, the cardiovascular surgeon examines the patient's results and decides on the treatment.
