In 2013, due to my chest pain, I was examined by a professor who appeared on many TV channels and was the head of the department at a famous hospital, by paying a significant examination fee. An angiogram and a few tests were performed on me for examination. The professor told me that my aortic artery is 4.7 cm and that the aortic valve has 2 leaflets and therefore the blood leaks backwards. He told me that I have a common aortic valve disease and that I should have surgery when the aortic valve width reaches 6cm. I had heard on the internet that this surgery was performed under the armpit at that time. When I asked the professor, he told me that such a surgery could not be done and that it could be done by cutting the rib cage. I avoided the surgery for years out of fear. When my chest pains started to increase in the last few months, I started looking for a doctor and hospital that performed heart surgery under the armpit. As a result of my research, Mr. I followed my professor DrYavuz Beşoğul. I researched advice and complaint forums on many websites. I did not read a single negative thing about my teacher. After all, the surgery I was going to have was a very serious surgery. We went to Emsey Hospital, the hospital where my teacher Yavuz Beşoğul worked. Yavuz Hodja's assistant, İlkber, welcomed us very well. The same procedures were performed in my first examination. In our face-to-face meeting with Doctor Yavuz, he explained that the main reason for the problem is that my aortic vein is enlarged due to the fact that the aortic valve has 2 leaflets, blood leaks back and the blood that should go to the heart puts pressure on the back. Yavuz Doctor explained that the treatment for this will only be done by changing the aortic valve. He clearly explained to me that there would be no need for intervention on my aorta. My doctor explained my disease and the procedures to be performed in such a clear and reassuring manner that I decided to have surgery within the same week. The problematic valve was surgically removed and a high-quality metal valve, which the teacher said would last a lifetime, was installed. Yavuz teacher and his team were very attentive before and after the surgery. It has been 50 days since my surgery and all the pain I experienced before the surgery has disappeared and now I feel very healthy. As my doctor said, I had a heart disease before the surgery, now I am a healthy person, not a heart patient. The most important reason why I wrote a comment here is to guide all patients with heart disease. Thanks to the comments written here, I was able to reach my teacher Yavuz.
